What is the Pramati Message Server?
Pramati Message Server is a pure Java implementation of the Java Message Service (JMS) version 1.1. It maximizes the portability of client applications deployed on J2EE Servers without requiring the application developer to learn the complete functionality of the Service.
The Message Server comes embedded with Pramati J2EE Server, and can also be run as a Standalone Message Server. The embedded Message Server runs in the same virtual machine (VM) as the J2EE Server, and is configured and started along with the Server by default.
The Standalone Message Server can be created and started separately from the J2EE Server.
