Installing Pramati Server Tools Eclipse Feature version 1.0.1
This document lists steps for installing Pramati Server Tools Eclipse Feature version 1.0.1. This is compliant with WTP 1.5.
1. To install Eclipse version 3.2 Callisto release, download Eclipse for your platform from Eclipse Callisto. Extract the Eclipse WTP installation files to the location where you want to install Eclipse. Hereon this location will be referred to as $Eclipse_Install_Location. Extracting the zip file is all you need to do for an Eclipse Installation.
2. To run the Eclipse installation, run eclipse.exe located at $Eclipse_Install_Location/eclipse/.
3. To update the installation with Pramati Plugin, on the Eclipse Workbench, go to Help -> Software Updates -> Find and install.
4. In the screen displayed, select Search for new features to install and click Next.
5. In the next screen, click New Remote Site and enter Name as Pramati and URL as http://www.pramati.com/downloads/eclipse/updates in the dialog box that is displayed. Click OK. The screen looks as below:
6. In the next screen, make sure that Pramati is selected and click Finish.
7. This searches for new features on Pramati's site and a screen like the following is displayed. Select the Pramati Features and click Next.
8. This brings you to the License page. Accept the license agreement and click Next.
9. This displays the Installation page. On this page you can change the installation location if you wish. Click Finish.
10. A page like following is displayed. Ignore the warning and click Install All.
11. The features will be installed and a dialog is displayed to restart the Eclipse Workbench.
12. Click Yes. The workbench restarts with newly installed features.
